30-Day Guided Sadhana

From Wellness to Liberation

A complete daily practice in the correct sequence, with the philosophical understanding that makes it work.

The classical system was designed to move through the body, the breath, the mind, and the field of awareness in a specific order. Each layer prepares the next. Āsana without breath remains gymnastics. Prāṇāyāma without philosophical orientation has no direction. Meditation without the energetic preparation that comes before it is, for most people, simply sitting with a busy mind.

This course gives you the full sequence. Thirty days of guided video sessions, building from foundational āsana and kriyā through prāṇāyāma, mantra, and meditation, with a philosophical framework woven through each week that gives the physical and energetic practice its direction. You begin today. You practice at your own pace.

30 Meditations on the Ashtavakra Gita

Thirty guided audio meditations on the most direct non-dual text in the Vedic tradition.

The Ashtavakra Gita is not a text about liberation in the future. It is a direct pointing at what is already present. Ashtavakra's teaching to Janaka is one of the clearest statements in the entire tradition: your nature is already free. The practice does not create that freedom. The practice creates the conditions in which you recognize it.

Each of the thirty sessions takes one passage from the text and works with it as a live inquiry. You sit, you listen, you are guided into the question the verse is asking. The sessions can be done in sequence or in any order. Return to them when you need to. Let them work on you over time.
